Who are we?

Oscar Cherbuin is a civil engineer who graduated from EPFL, specialising in transport planning. He completed his education with a master's degree in finance and marketing from HEC and a certification in project management.
Former director of the ARCAM Association for 11 years and a key player in the merger of the municipality of Echi-chens, he has solid experience in regional projects and a large network.
Convinced by the principles of the circular economy, he emphasises the value of local resources and the search for synergies for sustainable and pragmatic development.

Isabelle Chevalley, PhD, teaches circular economy and regularly speaks at conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
A former Swiss parliamentarian for ten years, she has chosen to devote herself fully to finding concrete solutions to reduce resource waste.
In particular, she contributed to the drafting of the new circular economy law, which came into force on 1 January 2025. With her in-depth knowledge of political mechanisms, she has a strong network in both Swiss and international economic circles.
